Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

These products are made to order so manufacturing and shipping delays may happen. We hope you can wait for your products to arrive but please note that the time indicated is an estimate.

Once the products are ready, they are shipped through Royal Mail so there could also be delays out of our control due to postal service issues. If there is a high volume of orders then this time may also increase. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer £5.99 flat rate shipping to the UK for anything bigger than a large letter through Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

For stickers that fit within a large letter, the shipping is a flat rate of £3.70 for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

Once your order is with Royal Mail, they state that they aim to deliver on the next working day.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe and USA

Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, delays out of our control may occur. The shipping times will vary based on location so please be aware that these orders will take time to get to you. These products are made to order so there is usually 5-7 days of processing before the product is ready to ship. Once the item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel as it makes its way to you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LimitR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (20 days for International orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at limitrco@gmail.com with your name, order number and state "shipping issue' in the email title and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at limitrco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
